Job Title: Purchase Executive Experience: 1–5 Years We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely availability of materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day purchasing activities for raw materials, consumables, spare parts, packaging materials, and other business requirements.
Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
Prepare purchase orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and other departments to understand material requirements.
Maintain supplier records, purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
Track pending orders and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, and material quality.
Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received.
Assist in vendor evaluation, cost control, and procurement reporting.




Maintain proper records of purchases and update data in ERP or accounting software.
Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and approval procedures.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant experience will also be considered.
1–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
Knowledge of vendor negotiation, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting or ERP software.
Positive communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
