We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to manage daily operations and lead our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and supervise staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor sales, expenses, and cost control.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and other departments.
Prepare daily reports and work towards achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in restaurant management.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control.
Ability to manage a team and solve problems.
Solid customer service and decision-making skills.
