Location: Siliguri – candidates must be staying in Siliguri.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum Class 12 pass.
Valuable communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi.
Well-presented, confident and customer-friendly personality.
Eager to work in a floor-based, active role.
Able to manage children, ensure their safety and assist guests with games/activities.
Self-motivated, energetic and responsible.
Physically/medically fit to work long working hours as per mall operations.
Comfortable working in a busy mall setting and handling customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage playzone/arcade floor operations smoothly.
Assist and guide children and guests with games and activities.
Monitor safety, cleanliness and proper usage of play equipment/games.
Maintain discipline and provide a friendly guest experience.
Support billing, entry/exit and other operational requirements as assigned.

Working Conditions: Weekly off and duty timings will be as per Mall/Company standards and operational requirements.
