Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for someone starting their career, with strong Excel skills and an interest in inventory management and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and tracking inventory across stores and warehouse
Maintain accurate stock records and support stock reconciliation
Handle inward and outward stock movement, including basic GRN and dispatch tracking
Prepare MIS reports using Excel (daily, weekly, monthly)
Coordinate with store teams for stock updates and replenishment
Monitor stock levels and highlight discrepancies
Support demand planning and inventory forecasting activities
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational processes
Assist in improving day-to-day operational efficiency

Requirements
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in retail operations / inventory (preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)




Basic understanding or interest in inventory management
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid communication and coordination abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in retail domain is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to excel
Basic knowledge of retail or supply chain processes
Experience in apparel or fashion retail industry (added advantage)
