Position: Salon Manager
Location: Chavakkad / Guruvayur, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations and staff performance.
Drive sales, achieve business targets, and increase revenue.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Handle appointments, customer relationships, and complaints.
Monitor salon hygiene, service quality, and team discipline.
Lead, motivate, and develop the salon team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in salon or beauty industry management preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Positive sales, marketing, and team management abilities.
Target-oriented, responsible, and passionate about the beauty industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
