Role & responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a skilled and welcoming manner.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
Demonstrate and explain features, specifications, and advantages of luxury watches.
Handle premium and luxury watch sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build robust relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain knowledge of watch brands, collections, models, movements, materials, and pricing.
Upsell and cross-sell premium watches and related accessories.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom follows luxury retail standards.
Ensure watches are properly handled, stored, and presented to customers.
Maintain customer records and conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.




Generate repeat business through strong customer relationships and personalized service.
Handle billing, payments, product documentation, and sales-related processes accurately.
Coordinate with inventory/store teams regarding product availability and stock requirements.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer-service standards.
Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, inventory, and customer handling.
