We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Executive to join our IT and SAP Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and SAP applications within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and contributing to system enhancements that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective technical support for SAP modules and related applications.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions.
Assist in SAP configurations, testing, and deployment of current functionalities and updates.
Conduct user training and create documentation for SAP processes and IT policies.
Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by users in a qualified manner.
Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed, contributing expertise in SAP and IT best practices.
