Key Responsibilities:
Convert previous store walk-ins who did not purchase.
Drive upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.* Generate additional revenue through customer referrals.
Identify and execute new revenue opportunities.
Track revenue, conversion, ROI and customer profitability.
Work closely with Marketing and Retail teams to drive incremental revenue.
