To program, operate, and optimize ABB, Yaskawa, and Cobot robotic welding systems for MIG/TIG welding applications, ensuring consistent weld quality, improved productivity, reduced cycle time, and protected operation in sheet metal fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities
Programming, operating, and troubleshooting robotic welding systems such as ABB, Yaskawa, and Cooperative Robots (Cobots).
Hands-on experience in MIG and TIG welding processes.
Develop and optimize robot programs for welding applications.
Set welding parameters, including voltage, current, wire feed speed, and travel speed.
Perform robot teaching, touch-up, path programming, and cycle-time optimization.
Ensure welding quality, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot robot, welding equipment, and fixture-related issues.
Coordinate with Production,



Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Welding, or Mechatronics.
Solid experience in robotic welding programming and operation.
Practical knowledge of ABB, Yaskawa, and Cobot welding systems.
Hands-on MIG/TIG welding process knowledge.
Experience in automotive or sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
