Cash Flow Management: Review project-level cash flows, cost variations, and Escrow/collection accounts.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential financial risks, such as cost overruns, delays, or early warning signals of distress.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to developers, investors, and banks.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to sanction conditions, regulatory requirements, and statutory approvals.
Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor performance and validate compliance requirements.
