Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage employee data, including master data setup, payroll processing, and advantages administration.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments through SAP HCM module.
Collaborate with finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee compensation.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for all aspects of human resources management.
Job Requirements :
Deep technical and functional knowledge on data modeling and processes - Employee Systems ( HR), UKG, ADP Global view Payroll, SAP HR
Robust knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP HCM (Payroll) module.
Experience with master data setup, maintenance, and reporting in SAP HCM.
