Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site workers.
Monitor daily work progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Assist with site measurements, quantity calculations, and billing documentation.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.
Support project planning and timely execution of works.

Qualifications




B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior site experience is an advantage.
Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering drawings.
Willingness to learn and work actively at construction sites.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Candidates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in practical site engineering are encouraged to apply.
