Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, integrate, and maintain embedded applications using C and C++.
Implement multithreaded software, interprocess communication, device interfaces, and algorithmic functionality for medical equipment.
Develop GUI components and operator-facing software for embedded ophthalmic systems.
Participate in software architecture, detailed design, code reviews, requirements analysis, and technical risk assessments.
Support software verification, defect resolution, engineering documentation, and lifecycle activities for safety-critical products.

Skills Required:
5 - 8 years of relevant embedded software development experience,



preferably in medical devices or other safety-critical systems.
Robust professional experience with Embedded C and Embedded C++ development.
Hands-on experience with QNX-based embedded software settings.
Solid understanding of algorithms, multithreading, and software interaction with hardware interfaces.
Experience developing graphical user interfaces for embedded or device-based applications.

Valuable to Have:
Experience with user interface development, Windows software development, or real-time operating systems.

Education: B.E. in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
