Manage overall production activities during the assigned shift.
Achieve shift-wise production, quality and efficiency targets.
Plan and allocate manpower across production lines/workstations.
Monitor machine availability, production flow and minimize downtime.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and reduce line stoppages.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC and HR for smooth operations.
Monitor rejection, rework, wastage and productivity.
Identify production issues and take immediate corrective actions.
Maintain shift-wise production reports and performance records.
Train and guide operators and team members.
Ensure proper handover of production status and pending issues to the next shift.
Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
