Key Skills: SAP HR, Payroll, HANA, Implementation

Roles and Responsibilities:
Configure, support, and enhance SAP HCM and SAP HR processes in line with business requirements.
Manage SAP Payroll processes, including payroll execution, issue analysis, and statutory or business rule support.
Analyze production incidents, identify root causes, and deliver timely functional resolutions.
Work with technical teams on integrations, data validation, testing, and transport coordination.
Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, user documentation, and support business users during releases.

Skills Required:
5 to 7 years of relevant SAP HCM consulting experience.




Robust hands-on experience with SAP HR and SAP HCM functional processes.
Practical expertise in SAP Payroll configuration and payroll cycle support.
Experience working with SAP HANA environments and HANA-related data or reporting requirements.
Ability to analyze defects, support testing, and coordinate SAP changes through delivery environments.

Positive to Have:
Experience participating in SAP HCM implementation projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
