Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with expertise in South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese cuisines. The candidate will assist in managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and supervise South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese dishes.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation.
Monitor kitchen inventory, ingredient usage, and food wastage.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.




Ensure timely preparation and service of food.
Support menu planning and the development of current dishes.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a qualified hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Robust expertise in South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese cuisines.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
Leadership skills and the ability to supervise kitchen staff.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
