Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with 7+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful closures.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Robust knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
