Primary Skills
Experience in the development or Electrical Power Steering (EPS), including software and hardware, system sizing and packaging.
Must handle steering projects & experience in dealing with customer
Perform Electrical Power Steering (EPS) system design of components preferably using Catia V5 with PLM experience
Analyze EPS System requirements and prepare compliance matrix for customer RFI/RFQ’s.

Secondary Skills
Execute EPS system performance calculations based on customer requirements.
Solid problem solving ability and good communication & coordination skills
Valuable Understanding of vehicle dynamics and steering system.
Initial Root cause analysis for field & in plant issues for steering

Responsibility
Analyze EPS System requirements and prepare compliance matrix for customer RFI/RFQ’s.
Coordinate tasks internally within Mobis to meet the project schedule targets.
Execute EPS system performance calculations based on customer requirements.
Benchmark system & performance evaluation for EPS system
