Senior Café Associate / Shift In-Charge – FRIYO Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru Experience: 2–5 years in cafés, QSR, bakeries or F&B; outlets. FRIYO is a premium frozen Greek yogurt and açaí dessert bar looking for an experienced, hands-on team member who can handle daily store operations while taking ownership of shift supervision and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve products, handle billing and customer service.
Monitor inventory, purchase requirements, stock levels and wastage.
Ensure daily operating SOPs, food safety, hygiene and quality standards are followed.
Handle store opening/closing, cash reconciliation and daily reporting.
Actively participate in kitchen preparation, cleaning,



housekeeping and all routine store activities.

Requirements
2–5 years of relevant F&B; experience, preferably with some shift supervision responsibilities.
Positive English communication and customer-handling skills.
Familiarity with POS billing and basic inventory management.
Organised, responsible, proactive and comfortable working in a small team.
Willingness to lead by example and work alongside other staff.

Key: This is a hands-on operational leadership role and not a supervisory role
