As a Store Executive at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd., you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales support. Your primary role will be to ensure the smooth and productive functioning of our retail store by maintaining a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities through effective merchandising and product placement.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels at all times
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a skilled and courteous manner
Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities to drive store revenue




Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators to identify prospects for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the store to create an inviting and attractive shopping environment
Support the store manager in various administrative tasks as needed
