Design, develop, and maintain custom, advanced, and matrix reports in Workday across HCM, Financials, and other modules.
Create and optimize calculated fields, report prompts, filters, and data sources to meet complex business requirements.
Build interactive dashboards, Discovery boards, and analytics solutions to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
Ensure report accuracy, performance, security, and compliance with data governance and access control standards.
Support report troubleshooting, enhancements, and user training to drive adoption and self-service reporting.
Maintain documentation of reporting solutions and stay current with Workday reporting features and best practices.
Partner with technical teams on data integrations and advanced analytics tools such as Prism Analytics when required.
