Oversee requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live readiness.
Drive governance, risk management, change management, and communication plans across all Workday HR technology projects.
Ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM with other systems (Payroll, Perks, Talent, Finance, and third-party applications).
Monitor program progress, resolve escalations, and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
Champion Workday best practices, continuous improvement, and adoption to maximize ROI from HR technology investments.
