Design and implement learning paths, blended learning programs, compliance training, and certification processes.
Manage content loading, versioning, and integration of external learning content and third-party providers.
Collaborate with L&D;, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective learning solutions.
Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to track learning completion, compliance, and program effectiveness.
Support system testing, user acceptance, go-live activities, and ongoing enhancements for Workday Learning.
Provide end-user and administrator training, troubleshooting support, and best-practice guidance.
Ensure learning processes align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and Workday best practices.
