- or mid-size Project Management experience is an added advantage Primary Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Engineering / Design Team to gather technical requirements and execute Sales Orders.
• Understand the Sheet Metal Manufacturing Process and provide manufacturable designs according to Lennox standards, including the creation of drawings and design documentation.
• Work with the Tubing Module to provide plumbing designs that can be manufactured across different Lennox factories and create drawings for tubing.




• Create designs for plastic components and develop plastic engineering models based on industrial designs.
• Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and generate manufacturing specifications.
• Effectively multitask and manage multiple testing efforts running in parallel.
• Work effectively with limited supervision and ensure that New Product Development project schedules remain on track.
• Analyze and investigate production failures and design challenges, brainstorm potential solutions, and implement appropriate solutions. What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP
• Experience or understanding of Sales Order processing through SAP
• Knowledge of Sheet Metal Design and Manufacturing Processes
• Knowledge of Plastic Component Design and Manufacturing Processes
• Understanding of GD&T; and DFMEA
• Experience or understanding of Residential and Commercial HVAC applications
• Positive problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple activities in parallel
