We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage the team, achieve sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and maintain store standards.
Achieve sales targets and guide the team to improve performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales support.
Monitor stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
Supervise billing, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
Manage staff duties, attendance, training and work allocation.
Maintain product displays, pricing, cleanliness and store presentation.




Coordinate with purchase, warehouse and accounts teams.
Submit sales, stock and staff performance reports to management.

Requirements
Previous experience in retail store management or a similar role.
Robust sales, customer service and team management skills.
Knowledge of inventory control, billing and cash handling.
Basic computer and Excel skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
