Job Role:

Conducting product and process training at all levels-telecallers/teamleader/managers.

Conducting quality and training session whenever required.

Managing a team of Quality officers.

Ensuring that the feedback and report on quality are shared with Team leaders on a regular basis to understand the gap.

Conducting quality and training sessions whenever required.

Ensuring that the training modules get updated on timely basis.

Maintaining various reports like quality scores – Weekly Monthly scores.

Conducting motivational training for the team to enhance performance.

Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers and other resource groups.

Key Reponsibilities:

Engage resources to impart process knowledge, train them on all requirements assist them to become fully productive.

Provide Coaching and Feedback to current/re-hires or tenured employees.

Daily Weekly Dip checks to identify areas of improvement/track progress on changes Collaborate with Operations to drive process improvements
