Roles and Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (VMC) for milling operations.
Read engineering drawings to determine machining requirements.
Select appropriate cutting tools based on workpiece material type and dimensions.
Ensure accurate positioning of workpieces using measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge etc.
Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure quality output.
