We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to drive the success of our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialists in developing and implementing creative edtech solutions that enhance student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch edtech products and services
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Ensure alignment with industry trends, education standards, and customer needs
Drive product development, testing, and quality assurance
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and strategy

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science,



or related field
2+ years of experience in team handling profial, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
Strong understanding of education technology trends, products, and services
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
