The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling dealer grievances and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing dealer concerns, and providing solutions to enhance dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to dealer inquiries in a qualified manner.
Address and resolve dealer grievances promptly and effectively.
Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to dealers.
Document calls and dealer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve issues and fulfill dealer needs.
Follow up with dealers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Maintain a positive and qualified attitude at all times.
