Managing a team of min 2 to 3 team leaders and the tele calling team.
Managing field visits by Coordinating with the Branch teams and the Field collection teams.
Monitoring telecalling team performance and reviewing them.
Responsible for managing attrition amongst the team.
Suggest and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
Prepare and publish daily team performance.
Responsible for smooth flow of collection process assigned.
