Using independent judgment and discretion the Recruiter will drive the full -lifecycle recruitment and onboarding activities for a defined area. Such activities include leading manager discussions for opening, leveraging creative sourcing methods, screening candidates using behavioral based techniques, obtaining salary quotes, extending offers, generating offer letters, all pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties Include:
Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, in office recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods.
Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.




Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews.
Extends offers and negotiates compensation Initiates onboarding plan for current hires.
Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is Preferred
6+ months to 4.6 years of equivalent work experience (in US staffing).
Directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Direct HR/Recruitment experience either in a Corporate or Staffing Agency setting. IT setting highly desired.
Robust Boolean skills required as well as with Linkedin RPS, & Monster
