As a Strategic Sourcing Manager/Sr. Manager at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving procurement strategies and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance company performance. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products and services.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business and cost optimization goals
Lead supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and onboarding processes
Drive cost reduction initiatives through negotiations, value engineering, and demand consolidation
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with commercial and legal terms




Build and maintain robust supplier relationships to ensure long-term value and performance
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and conduct regular reviews
