Description: Purpose of the Role: To perform accurately sample analysis and delivering the results following Positive Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibility Areas

1Analysis of Inprocess, Intermediate, Raw Material,Stability and Finished product samples as per approved specification/Test method/Protocol and recording of analytical data in to analytical data sheet.

2Prepare and standardize the volumetric solution and reagent as per SOP by following the Valuable Laboratory practices, Positive documentation practices during the analysis.

3Perform calibration,Verification and Preventive Maintenance of the laboratory instruments as per the schedule and maintain the records.

4Initiate Laboratory incidents, Out of specification,



Out of trend and deviation on its occurence and participate in the investigation of Lab incident/OOS/OOT/Deviation to find out root cause and form CAPA.

5Take lead in trouble shooting in the discrepancies observed in the equipment/ instrument during routine analysis and closely coordinate with responsible persons to resolve the problem on priority.6Undertaking any other duties, either for this department or any other department within the business, which may be requested by the supervisor, for which training and/or an explanation has been provided and understood.
