RMS Business School, located in Sector 32, Gurugram, is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join its Admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Provide information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures.
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programmes and career opportunities.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, and admission appointments.
Maintain student records and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Work towards achieving admission and enrolment targets.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.




Robust interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and data entry.
1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, education sales, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
