responsibilities
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly Goal sheet targets
Review Sales seminar presentations in Units/Battalions of Office Heads.
Maintain a database of customers touched through sales seminar presentations in Branchs.
Ensuring business is done in an ethical and honest manner which is in compliance to the IRDA norms
Maintain low attrition & develop team for next role.
Ensure product knowledge by Companys ways of training
Ensure Defence process -Field calls and post presentation follow up process in Units/Battalions.





Preferred candidate profile
Driving sales targets and margins.
Design and implement sales plan that helps the team meet their business targets.
Implement Defence channel work processes and adhere to the business norms.
Develop relations with concerned Officers of the Units/ Battalions in AOR & build an influencer network

in Units/ Battalions for WSP/ Sales Seminar presentations.
Build and train a team of front line sales to convert the business leads
Development of prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits in Team.
