Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and generate loan enquiries.
Promote Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Personal Loans, MSME Loans and Car Loans.
Understand customer requirements and collect basic loan information.
Follow up with interested customers and generate qualified leads.
Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Contact potential DSAs, property dealers and channel partners.
Maintain daily calling reports and customer records in Excel.
Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.

Eligibility:
12th pass or graduate.
Positive Hindi communication skills.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in telecalling, sales, banking or NBFCs will be preferred.
