Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries.
Pitch products or services to customers and explain their advantages
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the database
Follow up on leads and ensure conversion where possible
Handle customer complaints or doubts professionally and escalate when necessary
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
