Roles and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to premature and critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare specialists.
Maintain accurate records of patient data, treatments, and outcomes.
Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and escalate concerns to senior staff as needed.
