About the Opportunity A fast-scaling SaaS & B2B tech enablement firm based in India, we build and deploy smart plugins and automation tools that empower enterprises to streamline sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Our telecalling team plays a pivotal role in driving qualified pipeline, nurturing prospects, and converting leads into revenue through strategic outbound outreach and consultative conversations.

Role & Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted business prospects to introduce our SaaS solutions and schedule discovery meetings.
Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
Articulate value propositions clearly and concisely to overcome objections and build interest in our plugin ecosystem.
Maintain accurate, real-time CRM updates (HubSpot/Salesforce) for every call, note, and follow-up action.




Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine scripts, segment audiences, and improve conversion rates.
Adhere to compliance standards (TCPA, DND) and uphold company brand voice in every interaction.
