Support the social media team in developing and maintaining content calendars.
Create basic social media posts, stories, reels, and captions in line with brand guidelines.
Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content ideas to improve audience engagement.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor social media accounts and help respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries.
Conduct competitor research and identify emerging social media trends.
Track post performance, engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors,



and marketing team members to develop creative content.
Help maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and digital marketing practices.
