We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Tutor in the Department of Physician Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational services to students in the program.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lectures and practical sessions to students
Provide individualized support to students in their academic pursuits
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Develop and maintain effective teaching materials
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and integrated curriculum
Engage in ongoing career development to enhance their teaching skills
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Physician Assistant or a related field
Active state Physician Assistant license
Minimum of two years of experience in the Physician Assistant field
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to excellence in teaching and student support
