Job Responsibilities:
Prepare approval drawings for residential apartments, villas, and layout projects.
Ensure drawings comply with CMDA and DTCP regulations and applicable building norms.
Prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and area statements for approval submissions.
Work on FSI, setbacks, plot coverage, parking, and building height calculations.
Coordinate with liaison, legal, and design teams for approval documentation.
Revise drawings based on authority requirements and approval comments.
Support submission of drawings to CMDA, DTCP, and other relevant authorities.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of CMDA/DTCP approval norms and building regulations.
Experience in residential real estate projects is preferred.
Knowledge of local planning regulations and approval documentation.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
