DSM Fresh Foods Limited (BSE-listed; brand: Zappfresh) is hiring a Senior Accountant Finance. This is an urgent opening for a hands-on accountant who will own vendor payment control, vendor reconciliation, pan-India inventory control and the rollout of our recent vendor-payment software (Kredmint).

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Bill Verification & Payment Control
Verify vendor bills, purchase invoices and supporting documents before payment processing.
Match invoices with purchase orders, GRNs, approved rates and quantities received.
Ensure every payment follows the approved payment process, authorization matrix and documentation requirements.
Vendor Reconciliation & Credit-Period Monitoring
Reconcile vendor ledgers and resolve differences on time.
Prepare vendor ageing analysis and track payments against agreed credit periods.
Flag overdue, early or disputed payments to management.
Pan-India Inventory Control
Monitor inventory across warehouses and plants in multiple cities.
Conduct and coordinate physical stock verification.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
Cross-Team Coordination
Work with procurement,



warehouse, plant and business teams to resolve invoice and inventory issues.
Kredmint Software Implementation
Coordinate and execute implementation, including vendor data validation, workflow setup and testing.
Train users and support adoption across teams.
MIS Reporting
Prepare periodic MIS on vendor outstanding, payment status, reconciliations and inventory variances.

Candidate Requirements
4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in food processing, FMCG, manufacturing or distribution.
Robust knowledge of accounting, accounts payable, vendor management and inventory control.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
Experience in a finance or ERP software implementation is a robust advantage.
Advanced Excel skills.
Education: B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.

Location: Gurugram (work from office; occasional travel to warehouses/plants for stock verification)
Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred
