1)1 to 3 years of experience in L2 technical support.
2)Should be expert in MySQL, MS SQL & Oracle.
3)Should be proficient in SQL Queries.
4)Good knowledge on Shell scripting.
5)Should have knowledge on any of the ticketing systems.
