Key Responsibilities:*
Source and recruit doctors across multiple medical specialties.
Understand medical qualifications, designations, experience, and specialty-specific requirements.
Screen CVs and assess candidates against hospital and client criteria.
Coordinate candidate interviews, follow-ups, and recruitment processes.
Build and maintain a robust network of doctors and medical professionals.
Work closely with the team to meet recruitment targets and client requirements.

Requirements:
Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably doctor recruitment.
Positive understanding of medical specialities, qualifications, and consultant/specialist designations.
Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Robust communication, coordination, and candidate-management skills.
Experience in international healthcare recruitment will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
