Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand objectives.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Write compelling captions, engaging copy, and relevant hashtags for social media posts.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools, and prepare regular performance reports.
Optimize content strategies based on engagement metrics, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and audience inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Ensure all published content maintains brand consistency, tone of voice,



and visual identity.
Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging trends, and best practices to improve social media performance.

Requirements
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms and their respective content formats.
Excellent written communication, creativity, and content planning skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a team.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other social media management tools is an advantage.
