As a Senior Engineer, you will design and build scalable distributed systems that power core enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role with solid ownership of:
Backend system design and implementation
Distributed system reliability and scalability
Production readiness and operational excellence
High-quality, secure, and maintainable code
You will operate with autonomy within your domain while collaborating closely with peers and technical leaders.
4–7 years of software development experience .
3+ years building scalable backend applications using Java.
Must-have Skills
Strong expertise in Java and/or Kotlin (Spring Boot, Micronaut or similar frameworks) .
Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Event-driven systems and messaging platforms like Kafka.
SQL and NoSQL databases and Caching.
Cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure or similar).
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes or similar).
CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Strong problem-solving skills with solid understanding of data structures and algorithms .
Nice-to have Skills
Familiarity with AI or automation frameworks.
Experience working with high-throughput, low-latency systems .
