:
Manage field hiring and recruitment for healthcare staff.
Recruit doctors, nurses, and other healthcare specialists.
Work 3 days in the office and 3 days in the field; fieldwork may extend to 6 days based on business requirements.
Alternative Sunday working.
10-hour day shift.
Travel allowance provided.
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare recruitment is mandatory.
Solid sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
Male candidates only.
Experience: Prior experience in healthcare staff hiring is required.
