We are looking for a Senior Talent Advisor with a minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, including hands-on experience in aerospace hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for aerospace and engineering roles.
Hire for aircraft structures, stress analysis, aerodynamics, avionics, mechanical design, and systems engineering.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close niche positions.
Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
Build talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience.
Mandatory experience in aerospace recruitment.
Knowledge of aerospace engineering skills and talent markets.
Solid sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
