Project Management :
Develop and maintain project management methodologies and best practices
Oversee retail Store planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure successful delivery and performance of the stores in coordination with all functions
Highlight risk to CEO and Business Director
Business Strategy :
Assist in preparing the development of organizations strategic plans and objectives
CEO Advisory :
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market prospects
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings
Cross-Functional Collaboration :




Coordinate and manage to ensure seamless communication and implementation of strategic initiatives
